These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Kingdom Action’s services and website. By engaging with Kingdom Action, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.
Program Agreement
As part of our offerings, Kingdom Action requires all clients to review and agree to the specific terms outlined in our Program Agreement. This agreement details the terms and conditions of individual programs, including schedules, deliverables, and responsibilities. By enrolling in a program, you confirm your acceptance of the Program Agreement’s terms, which are an extension of these Terms and Conditions.

Scheduling
At Kingdom Action, we respect our clients’ time and strive to maintain a punctual and efficient schedule.

Session Length: Each session will conclude 50 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Timeliness: Clients are encouraged to be on time to make the most of their appointments.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, they must provide 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session, and it will not be rescheduled.
Payments and Refunds
Clients agree to the following payment terms:

Registration/Consultation Fee:

A one-time registration/consultation fee of $100 per person or couple is required at the time of registration.

Fees are payable in monthly installments, due at the first session of each month.

Discounts:

Clients who pay the full program cost upfront will receive a $100 discount.

Refunds and Cancellations:

In the event of a client’s withdrawal or absence, the client remains responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, as well as a $50 cancellation fee.

Kingdom Action reserves the right to cancel the program at its discretion if it is determined to be no longer beneficial for the client. In such cases, the client is responsible only for the pro rata share of services already delivered.

Disclaimers
Kingdom Action provides publishing services, courses, and optional group coaching to empower clients in creating and publishing impactful books while establishing future opportunities for profitability.

No Ghostwriting or Upload Services: Kingdom Action does not provide ghostwriting services or upload books to Amazon KDP on behalf of clients. While we offer guidance and resources, the work and content are entirely your own, and you are responsible for uploading your book.

ISBNs: Kingdom Action does not provide ISBNs. However, we guide clients on how to obtain a free ISBN through Amazon KDP.

No Substitute for Licensed Professionals: Kingdom Action is not a substitute for financial advisors, therapists, or medical practitioners. Clients should seek advice from licensed professionals as needed.
Clients are responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes during and after participation in Kingdom Action programs. Kingdom Action is not liable for specific results, such as book sales or profitability, stemming from the advice, strategies, or tools provided.
Personal Responsibility and Release of Claims
Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and overall well-being during and after their engagement with Kingdom Action.
By participating in Kingdom Action’s programs, clients expressly assume all risks associated with the services and release Kingdom Action and its representatives from any liability, damages, or claims related to their participation, except in cases of gross negligence by Kingdom Action.
Confidentiality
Kingdom Action respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared with us. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Arbitration, Choice of Law, and Limited Remedies
In the event of a dispute between Kingdom Action and a client regarding services rendered or the relationship between the parties, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and any judgment rendered may be entered in a court of jurisdiction.

The sole remedy available to the client, should arbitration result in their favor, is a refund of program fees. No additional damages will be awarded.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Kingdom Action’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the associated Program Agreement. You confirm that:
